To make a financial contribution / donation to Free2Play in support of the Adrian Freedom Festival and the 1,200 kids who have dedicated 12 weeks to be healthy in order to free other kids to play, please fill out and submit the below information.

Free2Play (PEAK Institute, Inc. DBA “Tridoma”) is a 501(c)(3), not-for-profit organization. All contributions are tax-deductible and 100 percent of the funds raised through Free2Play will be allocated to three organizations – Not For Sale Campaign, Toledo Children’s Hospital, and Homeless Education Programs of Lenawee County. Please note that on your credit card statement, your contribution will show up as “Gray Institute,” which is the payment agent for Tridoma – Free2Play. Donations are made to Tridoma – Free2Play through the Gray Institute (“Payment Agent”) and the Lenawee Community Foundation’s “Tridoma – Free2Play Fund” (“Holding Agent”), which is also a 501(c)(3) organization.
