Traditional training focuses on an integrated functional process of three-dimensional restoration, recovery, and the rest of the biomechanical, physiological, and psychological systems that is activity specific. Functional strategies lock in the benefits of training, releases the effects of accumulated stress, facilitates restfulness, and enhances future readiness. Better recovery is achieved in less time using Functional strategies and techniques in activity specific Transformational zones.
