Coordination and Agility represent the pinnacle of efficiency, effectiveness, gracefulness, and adaptability in human performance. Join Gary, Dave and Bob as they dive into the different aspects of Coordination and Agility. Agility transcends coordination. Agility involves the capacity to spontaneously break out of preferred coordination patterns to improvise with precision in response to internal or external challenges. Traditional training focuses on coordination associated with specific skills and movements – i.e. “getting in the groove”. Functional Training focuses on the integration of coordination and agility to expand a person’s repertoire of potential responses to diverse challenges within three dimensional space. Agility training enhances overall functional performance, adaptability to unpredictable, and personal confidence. Better results are achieved in less time using Functional strategies and techniques in diverse and variable Transformational Zones.
