Core Integration

Traditionally, what many of us know about training "the core", often takes place in a supine position (lying down), or prone postion (face down on elbows/hands and knees/feet). Most often, we function in an upright positon, moving our arms and legs, and most importantly our trunk and pelvis, about in free space. We will explore 3 fixed foot positions, utilizing gravity and GRF, alternaing arm reaches overhead.
