Tradionally, the supine bridge has been a staple in mainstream exercise to enhance the glutes. hamstrings, abdominals and pelvic floor. In this video we will demonstrate adding 3D movement, driven by the pelvis, using whole body vibration to activate and enhance synergistic muscle performance.
