Join Gary, Dave, and Bob as they explore Fitness and Vitality. Vitality involves the fitness of body, mind, and spirit. With vitality comes persistence – the capacity to thrive despite the environment, the capacity to stay healthy and return to health, the capacity to take action, and the ability to live beyond one’s self. Traditional training focuses on fitness – flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular endurance using traditional exercises within limited ranges of motion. Functional training also focuses on fitness but goes further by instilling confidence in the mastery of one’s growing influence, control, and potential. The results are measured in quality of life and are witnessed in purpose and passion. Better results, and more comprehensive results are achieved in less time using Functional strategies and techniques by expanding one’s sphere of performance.
