CAFS (Foot & Ankle) - Part 1

In this video preview from CAFS we are sharing a short section from Module 5, Local Techniques. Module 5 is comprised of 10 different segments of the body and each segment is made up of 4 different progressions using the Local-Global Movement Spectrum. Here we are showing you a brief clip from the second video of the Foot and Ankle portion of the CAFS. Like all sections in Module 5, this one will start off with Gary showing you a local technique for this body part and is immediately followed by Pat McCloskey and Lenny Parracino providing a re-cap and highlighting the important parts. Throughout Module 5, the student is taught how to perform these movements on clients and themselves while observing movement quality to find dysfunctions and limitations. In Part 2 we will share a video clip from the Movement Variations portion of Module 5. In Movement Variations, Pat and Lenny will demonstrate additional variations on how to create mobility and stability in the Foot and Ankle using the 10 Observational Essentials to tweak exercises.
