Squatology: Strategies

We live in a world filled with many ‘ologies,’ psychology, biology, neurology, physiology, and many others. Chances are you’ve yet to hear of squatology. In this issue of the Functional Video Digest Series, Gary Gray and Dr. David Tiberio explore this conceptual element of human function. Whether we sit down, walk, run, or lift, the process of squatting in its many forms is the foundation upon which much of the rest of human function is built. In this edition Gary teaches the importance of proper analysis, for without it, rehabilitation would be unsuccessful. Our functional understanding of the body would be incomplete without an in-depth study of this basic, yet often over looked function. Join us as we dive into the realm of squatology!
