Individual:   23 year old Triple A baseball pitcher


Pertinent History:  Increased left anterior shoulder pain, especially over the last 2 years.


Complaint(s):   Left shoulder pain (in front) proportional to increased innings pitched

TZ Analysis:  Left single leg balance, right hip and knee flexed 90 degrees, with toe touch balance at 18 inches along left anterior lateral angulation, with pelvis posterior lateral drive.
