Individual:   28 year old male NFL wide receiver 


Pertinent History:  All Pro Receiver up until 2 years ago when began experiencing intermittent hamstring strains; treated with traditional hamstring stretching and hamstring curls.


Complaint(s):   Inability to get at top speed and cut without restraining hamstrings.
