FMR Focus:  Left mid tarsal joint FMR

Individual:  Right handed, 18 year old female golfer

Pertinent History:   Grade 2 left MCL sprain at 16 years of age while downhill skiing. Treated with immobilization and physical therapy

Complaint(s):  Decreased performance in golf swing. Golf coach frustrated by her inability to “turn”

3D MAPS Priorities   Right SS Rotational Chain 

            Right SS Rotational Chain – Golf Specific

TZ Analysis:  Back swing transformational zone compared to follow through transformational zone positive for inability to abduct left knee, evert left subtalar joint, and invert left mid tarsal joint and externally rotate the hips.
