Pertinent History:  Right lateral epicondylitis times 2 over the last 3 years


Complaint(s):   Acute right lateral epicondylitis inhibiting ability to play and teach tennis

           Right OS Rotational Chain 


TZ Analysis:  RXX, left hand left rotational at shoulder reach and right hand left lateral at overhead reach and RXX, with right hand left rotational at shoulder reach and left hand right lateral at overhead reach
