Individual:   60 year old female who is a housewife


Pertinent History:   Indicates she and her friend just started taking yoga classes


Complaint(s):   Aggravating right low back pain that lasts for 24 hours noted after yoga class. States she can relate it directly to a new pose that she is learning entitled “triangle pose.”

TZ Analysis:  Right foot right lateral with rotational lunge and hold with left hand right lateral at overhead reach with right hand right rotational drive and left rotational drive (simulate triangle pose)
