Individual: 28 year old NFL down lineman
Pertinent History: Nonspecific history of multiple ankle sprains, shoulder injuries, contusions through college and pro career
Complaint(s): Significant pain in left hip when in down lineman position, and especially with heavy weight squat training (no night pain).
