Individual:   62 year old retired male 

Pertinent History:  Right total knee replacement 3 years ago

Complaint(s):   Does well with most activities. Can play golf, can walk with no problem. Is unable to play catch with grandson and granddaughter; used to be a high level collegiate baseball player.  

3D MAPS Priorities   Left Ant. Chain 

TZ Analysis:  Right hand fixed at overhead with 3D pelvic drives. Right hand fixed with right rotation at shoulder with 3D pelvic drives, right hand fixed at left lateral overhead with 3D pelvic drives.
